The content from the bills uploaded and the reports run in conjunction with the user activity can offer a carrier a wealth of benefits internally to management, operations and provisioning teams.
There is an online management suite which lists all activity by account manager. The details include which company billing has been uploaded for, the existing supplier, the date submitted, the existing call spend, the new call spend , the tariff used in the calculations and whether the account manager has looked at more than one tariff before making a choice.
These details can be used as a prospect list showing exactly the amount of new business being analysed. It also highlights whether a particular user is consistently using the cheapest tariff or retaining margin by only offering a large enough saving to win the business.
Once an account has been won the operations team can use the data from the bills to assist provisioning. Tariffmatch can build bespoke templates for carriers to copy an order form so that all the relevant data we have stored can pre-populate forms to save time and reduce errors.
Once a new account has been secured customer services and retention teams can use the Health check and Loyalty rate review reports to eliminate billing disputes and churn due to customers remaining on out of date tariffs.
Within the management information suite there is also the facility to edit registered users in terms of what bills and tariffs they can view.
