The most complete message offers a three stage approach.
Firstly to offer a Tariffmatch report at no cost or obligation not only to show the impact of moving traffic from an existing supplier but also to provide the customer with a valuable audit document regardless as to whether they move the traffic or not.
Secondly, accepting that anomalies can occur in billing, especially when bringing on a new customer, to offer a Tariffmatch “Health Check” on the first full months billing from a new customer to demonstrate that the agreed rates are correctly in place.
Thirdly as an ongoing customer retention exercise to offer a Tariffmatch “Loyalty rate review” on an annual basis to ensure that the customer’s rates within a tariff remain competitive in the market.
Tariffmatch also offers a significant contribution to market research in terms of market sectors and competitors. As more account managers secure more billing the data that builds within an account can provide extremely valuable statistics to assist precision marketing.
As an example if you gathered bills uploaded for a period of time you can view which markets a sales team is most and or least successful in penetrating. In addition you will see which of your competitors are competing in the same space as well as looking at conversion rates and finally the tariffs you are up against to launch a competitive offering.
